You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of it.

The collection is in pre-launch and not yet available to purchase. All product descriptions, specifications and — once published — prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any formulation at any time. Colours and textures shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product.

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. Zero Lines is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Delivery windows and carriers are set out in full on the shipping and returns page.

If a formulation does not suit your skin, open or not, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. You do not need to return an opened product for us to do that, and you do not need to justify it beyond telling us what happened — we would rather learn from it than keep your money.

For a change of mind rather than a reaction, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within the same 30 days.

Either way, contact us at info@zerolines.life. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us agreeing the return.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Zero Lines and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Zero Lines products are cosmetic skincare formulations designed to support the appearance of healthy skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. If you have a skin condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
