Built to be used. By everyone.
Zero Lines is committed to digital accessibility. We keep improving the experience for everyone, and we apply the relevant standards rather than claiming a badge and moving on.
Level AA, of WCAG 2.1.
We aim to conform to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. Those guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities — and, in practice, more usable for everybody else.
Conformance is not a certificate you hang on a wall. It is a moving target that every new page can break, which is why this page carries an email address rather than a logo.
The conformance level we build against, across the whole site.
The guideline version, including the mobile and low-vision criteria.
Hours, at most, before an accessibility report gets a human reply.
Seven habits, kept every build.
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for readability
- Text alternatives for all meaningful images
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences, including every animation on this site
- Clear, consistent navigation and labelling
Third-party content
Our website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party content. While we cannot control the accessibility of external platforms, we choose partners who share our commitment to inclusivity.
Assessment
We review the site regularly using both automated tooling and manual testing — keyboard-only passes, screen reader passes, and a check that every animated element still reads with motion disabled. This statement was last reviewed in May 2026. We are committed to ongoing improvement and we welcome your input.
Tell us what we got wrong.
If anything on this site is difficult to reach, read or operate, we would genuinely like to know — with the page, the device and the assistive technology you were using, if you can. We take the report seriously and make every reasonable effort to fix it.
