The Zero Lines collection is not on sale yet — not on this site, and not in the houses. The houses themselves are open and trading as usual; it is our own six formulations that are not on the shelf. A visit is a conversation about your skin with the people who formulate — not a treatment, not a facial, and not a sales appointment with a different name on it.
An hour of somebody’s attention.
The protocol is six formulations used in a fixed order, and the reasoning behind the order is easier to explain across a table than it is on a page. So that is most of what a visit is: what your skin is doing, what it has been through, and which parts of the protocol are relevant to you rather than to everybody.
Skin is read in daylight rather than under a lamp, because a lamp carves shadow into every line and shows you texture that is not there. If you would rather have something written down first, the skin analysis is free, open now, and comes back to you in writing.

Four questions, and a day.
Rough timing is enough — “a Thursday afternoon in September” is more useful to us than a precise hour, because the rooms are booked one visitor at a time and we would rather offer you something real than hold a slot we may not have.
The houses keep 09:00 to 19:00 CET, Monday to Saturday. If none of that works, say so and we will find something outside it where we can.
