Simple, transparent, and designed around your convenience. Every order leaves our Barcelona fulfilment centre; every return is answered by a person.
Days to return
Unopened and unused products can be returned within thirty days of delivery, in their original packaging with seals intact.
Days to refund
Refunds are processed within fourteen days of the returned item reaching us, to the original method of payment.
Hours to report
Damaged or incorrect deliveries should reach us within forty-eight hours, with photographs. We replace or refund at no cost to you.

All orders are dispatched from our Barcelona fulfilment centre. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping
Standard delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom is complimentary above an order threshold, and carries a single flat rate below it. Because the collection is not yet available to purchase, no rate is published here — the exact figure will be shown at checkout, before you commit to anything, from the day ordering opens.
Returns policy
If a formulation does not suit your skin, open or not, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. An opened product does not need to come back for that — you cannot find out whether something suits you without using it, and a policy that pretends otherwise is not a guarantee.
For a change of mind rather than a reaction, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging, seals intact, within the same 30 days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We are unable to predict or control them.
