Free Standard Shipping
All orders over €150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the European Union and United Kingdom. Orders below this threshold incur a flat €8 shipping fee.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom & Gibraltar: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–7 business days
- Spain (Peninsula): 2–4 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
All orders are dispatched from our Barcelona fulfilment centre. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

- We will provide a prepaid return label for EU and UK orders
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
